Frank Sheu serves as Chief Executive Officer of Almasa IT Distribution.
After an outstanding track record of success as Managing Director of Synnex Australia,
Sheu joined Almasa IT Distribution in December 2005 in order to take the company forward into a new
phase of its development as the leading IT Distributor in the Middle East and North Africa.
Sheu was the founding Managing Director of Synnex Australia Pty Ltd 1991 and he has been
responsible for growing this company to become the second largest IT Distributor in Australia with
revenue of US$ 500M in 2004. Prior to this position he was Sales Director Asia Pacific and Middle
East / South Africa Region at MiTAC International Corporation from 1985 until 1991.
He holds several degrees: Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering from National Taipei Institute of
Technology (1980), a Bachelor Degree in Computing Engineering from National Taiwan Institute of Technology (1984),
and a MBA Degree in International Management from RMIT University Melbourne, Australia. Sheu was born in Taiwan,
and holds dual citizenship of both Taiwan and Australia. He is an excellent cross culture negotiator.
He has a great passion for outdoor activities, is a keen Golfer and also enjoys traveling. |

Lancy Menezes serves as General Manager – Imaging & Printing Division.
Lancy is a Computer Science Engineer with over 16 years experience in Sales &
Marketing, Distribution of Information Technology, Channel development, Business
development and has dealt with major international suppliers.
He has worked with Almasa in 2001 for a span of 4 years. He then joined Samsung Gulf Electronics
in Dubai as the Sales & Marketing Manger and was responsible for driving the Samsung Printer business
across GCC. Prior to this he has worked with Nahil Computer Company in Saudi Arabia, which adds to
his pool of regional experience.
Lancy is Self Motivated and a team player. He enjoys challenges, music, swimming,
traveling & reading. |

John David serves as General Manager – Components Business Division.
John was one of the key members to contribute to make Almasa the # 1 components distributor back
in early 2000. After his brief shift with Hitachi, he has rejoined us from 1st June’2008 as
General Manager - Components Business Department.
John is a B.E Electronics Engineer and has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry.
He has complete understanding of the distribution model. His career highlights have been
Channel Manager for Middle East & Africa at Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, Territory
Manager at Almasa IT Distribution in the year 2000.
He has also worked with major companies such as Al Futtaim Electronics Toshiba & SMB
Computers.At leisure John enjoys traveling, playing cricket & tennis. |

Pradeep Angeveetil serves as General Manager – Value Business Division(Networking).
Pradeep has a MBA from the University of Warwick and has over 19 years of experience in Networking & IT
Security which includes business development, creating distribution systems, managing the reseller channels and
supply chain management.
Prior to joining back Almasa Pradeep worked for Comguard FZ LLC as General Manager and was responsible for
growing the company with more vendor relations in the IT security area. He has also worked with Almasa &
Tech Data prior to this. Pradeeps approach is about hard work, complete understanding of the distribution
model, industry knowledge and developing the channel partnership.
Pradeep enjoys reading and working out in his spare time. |

Prithvi JaganMohan serves as General Manager – CS Division.
Prithvi acquired a bachelors Degree in Telecommunications followed by Master’s Degree in Business
Administration. He served the INDIAN AIR FORCE as Pilot Officer in “Microwave Communications”
In 6 years; he rose to the rank of Flight Lieutenant & became the Commanding Officer of the Troposcatter
Unit. Prithivi re-aligned himself to a Sales & Marketing profile for additional challenge it provided
and now has over 13 years of experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Management.
Prior to Almasa Prithvi has worked with Derinton International FZCE, Jumbo Electronics LLC, India
Construction.com etc. His proud moments were when he was awarded the “Man of the Year” award in
Acer Distributors Meet, Best Technical Officer in WAC, Indian Air Force |

Ayham Ahmed Yousef serves as General Manager – Sales (Volume Business)
Yousef is a BSc graduate in Informatics & Computer Science. Yousef has over 14 years experience in
Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Key Account Management and Distribution Management.
He has been with Almasa from 2005 and is responsible for sales operations and plays a major role in
achieving the increased business growth.
Yousef enjoys swimming, shooting and Music. |

Kenneth D'Costa serves as General Manager -IT & Operations for Almasa Holdings.
He joined the company in 1997. Before coming to Dubai, UAE, he has worked with WIPRO Infotech, which
is the world's largest independent third party R&D house based in India.
He has over twelve years of practical industry experience and gathered international experience with
exposure to Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. D’Costa has led and managed multiple high-tech projects
and has a proven track record in leading multi-skilled, cross-functional teams to create IT based solutions
that meet the management and information requirements of a corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering
Degree in Computer Science and is a certified Oracle DBA. In his free time he enjoys reading and playing football. |

Sundar Raj serves as General Manager -Finance & Credit Control Division.
Raj has extensive experience in management accounting as well as reporting and routine accounting functions in
various industries such as Oil, Trading and Distribution. Being a specialist in ERP Software, he has a proven
track record of meeting targets and providing strong business support. Raj has an excellent understanding of the
business in Middle East region and especially of the UAE market. Before joining Almasa IT Distribution in February 2002,
he spent more than seven years with EPPCO (ENOC & Caltex Joint venture) and three years with a leading IT
Distribution Group.
Raj holds qualifications from Calicut University, Kerala, India, and a Diploma in System Management from National
Institute of Information Technology (NII), Delhi, India. |

Manoj Panchal serves as Country Manager - Kuwait
Panchal has more than twenty years experience in Sales & Marketing of which he spent twelve years in the Middle
East region in various positions. He gained distribution experience at regional distribution companies such as Tech
Data and Mindware. Prior to joining the distribution business he worked for IT Solutions Provider Alpha Data.
Manoj holds a Post Graduate Degree in Computer Management. In his free time he enjoys reading. |
