Proper packaging for multiple items

• Each defective material must be in original packing.
• The items must be sealed in a sturdy cardboard shipping container with a padded separator to prevent adjacent items from touching.
• Send all accessories along with the defective units.

IMPORTANT: In either case, clearly write the ‘RMA No’ on the outside of the box/container that will be used to ship the product back to the vendor(s). Failure to meet these packaging requirements will result in a voided warranty. When returning products to Almasa IT Distribution please ensure you include the appropriate documentation with your shipment. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your return.
