SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
 

The returned quantity and serial numbers must match the original request for which RMA authorization obtained. Almasa IT Distribution will not pay any demurrage/storage charges due to lack of proper documentation or any other delays caused by the shipper or the shipping agent. For customs purposes, items should be declared as “Defective Goods sent for Repairs orn Replacement” with 10% of the original value. Shipping charges for the defective goods to Almasa must be borne by the customer while Almasa will pay for shipping the replacement items.

Products hand carried into JAFZ will not be accepted without customs documentation.

As soon as the goods are shipped, send the airway bill and invoice copy by fax and notify by E-Mail.
