Almasa IT Distribution, on behalf of the respective vendor(s) warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Almasa IT Distribution or its vendor(s) do not cover defects caused by any of the following factors:

1.) Physical damage to the product (customer induced defects).
2.) Damages due to mishandling or improper packing during shipment.
3.) Abuse, misuse, neglect, repair or modification made by customers.
4.) Not following instructions laid down in user’s manual.

In the event that you return a product that does not pass our visual inspection process, you have two options:

1.) Scrap at our cost
2.) Return at your cost

If you have selected option 2, please be advised that we will hold the product on our premises for five business days from the RMA/Void confirmation. In the event that you do not contact us with your preference we are asking for your permission to scrap these units at no cost to you.
